Topcat 2012 European Championships will take place in Domaso, Italy, from September 8 to September 15.

Domaso is a nice and sunny village in the northern part of the Como Lake.

During summer and late summer, wind blows regularly from the late morning to the late afternoon, reaching easily 15 knots. Due to its location, close to the siwss border, and pleasant weather conditions, Domaso is a well-known spot for watersports, such as sailing, windsurf and kitesurf.

Domaso and neighbouring villages are renowned also for its accommodations, ranging from top-level hotels to up-to-date campings.

TopCat European Championships will be hosted by Circolo Vela Canottieri Domaso (CVCD), which is the main sailing club in Domaso. CVCD has hosted in the past several top-level national and international events, such as 2006 Italian Laser Championships (over 200 entries), 2005 Joker European Championships and many other events on a regular basis.
